12 Foods You Should STOP Refrigerating Immediately


Putting some foods in the fridge can reduce nutrition and flavor.

Here are the food items you should never put in the fridge.

1. Bread
If refrigerated, bread becomes dry and crumbly.

2. Onion
The moisture in the fridge will soften them and make them moldy.

3. Tomato
Refrigerating them makes them too soft and mushy
